I found the room cleaning inconsistent . Some days, the cleaning felt incomplete. the noise levels were a problem as my room faced a park. Activity continued late into the night. I would have liked a quieter room.

The breakfast area felt cramped. It was often hard to find a table. our room safe didn't work and never got fixed despite us reporting it. No one followed up. the air conditioning only worked in one bedroom, that was a problem. also, i had to leave the overhead light on to charge my phone, a bit annoying though.
